The conference fee

• The fee per person is EUR 1250 + VAT 24% and registration service fee EUR 35 + VAT 24%.
• It includes:
  • One person admission to all conference sessions and the glass expo
  • Conference material
  • Daily lunches and coffees
  • Transportation to conference and evening events (only from recommended hotels)
  • Admission to Get Together and Farewell Parties (Conference Dinner is excluded, an additional fee is charged for this)

How to register

• Please note that you can register one or more participants at a go.
  • To register as a normal participant and pay, scroll down to the bottom of this page. Then please click and select the number of people you would like to register from the 'AMOUNT' drop down menu.
  • Then click the 'REGISTER' button below and fill in the required fields and then pay
• If you have a sponsor/ special code 
  • Ensure you have the correct code
  • Scroll down to the bottom of this page. Then please click and select the number of people you would like to register from the 'AMOUNT' drop down menu.
  • Then click the 'REGISTER' button and fill in the required fields.
  • then enter the code in the 'SPONSOR/ SPECIAL CODE' field.

Accompanying guests

• The fee for an accompanying guest is EUR 130 + VAT 24%. It is available ONLY for participant's spouse or similar. If the guest is under 18, please do not register him/her as an accompanied guest. Notify us in the message for organisers field or contact us directly. 
• The fee includes:
  • Accompanying guest badge
  • Admission to the opening ceremony
  • Admission to Get Together and Farewell Parties (Conference Dinner is excluded, an additional fee is charged for this)
• The accompanying guest cannot attend the conference sessions.

Hotel bookings

After the registration please proceed to book your hotel accommodation. Please note that the hotel room is NOT included in the conference fee. This is an additional fee paid by you directly to the hotel. Link for booking the hotel can be found after registration and on the confirmation e-mail.

N.B. The GPD organisers will not make hotel bookings for attendees. Each attendee must do the bookings themselves.
